Grok Bot is probably the best AI subscription I've purchased yet

Grok Bot is probably the best AI subscription I've purchased yet $300/mo and it's been a no brainer, this thing is insane: - when I want to get in touch with someone, it maps out my LinkedIn connections by degree & cross references with who I've actually emailed (so I actually know them) in the past to drown out the noise and map out a clear warm intro - reviewing all of my subscriptions and flagging which ones I use/which ones aren't worth it or have overlapping use cases with existing subs, and then actually cancelling my sub for me - cleaning up my inbox and unsubscribing to all the damn marketing noise so many more things, going to dive deeper into writing up some content on how I'm using it actually insane value

Grok @bot isn’t another chatbot.

Grok @bot isn’t another chatbot. It’s an AI teammate with its own cloud computer that’s already become integral to my job as a TA Director. It signs into your actual tools and websites, finishes the work, and only pings you for a yes/no. It handles my emails, ATS, candidate sourcing, LinkedIn messaging and more. Link it up to @NotionHQ and it becomes super human One user fed it 40k emails. It did his taxes, found first-class Japan award tickets for 60k points, and spun up agents that clean his inbox + brief him hourly. Another cleaned 150k junk emails and unsubscribed everything. This is the part that actually moves the needle: finished work while you sleep, not smarter answers.

I can count the times I’ve actually smiled at the screen.

I can count the times I’ve actually smiled at the screen. ChatGPT, almost four years ago. Replit. Cursor. Claude Code. This morning was one of those. Heard the vibes about Grok Bot on vacation last week. Got my hands on it today. A few hours later I had a LinkedIn agent, a live support agent for Ad Legends, the MCP it was missing, Pipeline Scout wired to Apollo, and I was back in my X account. They took the knobs off. It does what it says. It’s fast. Simplicity and speed still feel like the future.

So I always hated the word "agent".

So I always hated the word "agent". And even if I have 800,000 (!! wtf) people reading my newsletters every week on 'How to AI', I barely use the word. I think it's too much maintenance, if you don't know how to code, you should just step away from it. Until this little agent that just got out. Now, wait a second: technically, Claude Cowork & Claude Code (and many others) are agents. They "create many Claude" to do a task. But I just tried a new agent, from SpaceX (yes, the rocket company), it's called Grok Bot. So far I've been building: > a linkedin tracker to have daily use cases of solid AI workflows. > a meeting summarizer to give me a brief before each meeting: who I am meeting, what we discussed last time, and 3 questions I should ask. > an inbox summarizer to update me on the emails I need to answer from Gmail. Every morning at 7. > a competitor watching for the report on what changed using Ampify. > a content ideas collector to find ideas my audience would care about on Linkedin. I wrote a newsletter on how to set it up for yourself (it's longer and it has screenshots of my screen included): https://ruben.substack.com/p/what-the-f-is-an-agent

grokbot it's an agent with its own identity, its own computer, and it stays on when you're

grokbot it's an agent with its own identity, its own computer, and it stays on when you're not here's what "active AI employee" actually looks like in the demo: - chief of staff agent - checks in on your other agents, reads your calendar, dispatches tasks to the right one automatically - shopping agent - logged into your accounts, books tickets, buys groceries, reports back - marketing agent - signed into your actual linkedin, browses your past posts for tone, then writes and publishes a new one on its own - engineering agents - self-triage bug reports, kick off cloud coding agents, come back with a pull request, a screenshot, and a video of the fix the interface isn't a dashboard, it's a chat - same shape as texting a coworker, no tool calls to babysit the number that matters more than any of the demos: grok 4.6 scored 70.8% on cursor bench at $2.81 a task, fable 5 max scored 70.5% at $17.32 same capability, 6x the cost difference - that's the unlock that makes running a fleet of these actually affordable instead of a novelty

okay Grok Bot is insane it can: - open a computer by itself - log into all the apps, sites - use websites like me (human) - work while you’re asleep - clean my inbox, reply to support emails - research news on X, LinkedIn, and Google - write LinkedIn, X drafts in my style - remember how I write, pick content - learn a workflow after watching me once - run that workflow forever - coordinate with other bots - only bother when it needs a decision and I'm still finding new stuff it does 😭 this isn't "AI assistant" anymore. this is like "hiring an intern, they became COO by Tuesday" @SpaceXAI COOKED In this article, I cover setting up Grok Bot, use cases, plugins, and what makes Grok Bot so good

Grok Bot @bot

Today I installed Grok @bot

Today I installed Grok @bot. First impressions: - I really like it. - It's fast. - It goes above and beyond the call of duty on most answers in a way that felt different from other AI platforms. As background, I use @claudeai Fable 5 with Cowork nearly every day for business (Team) and/or personal use and love it. I have @openclaw. I'm not a software engineer but I hacked around with Claude Code enough to build http://cited.co (hobby project). To test Grok @bot I asked it to analyze my performance in yesterday's Double Dipsea trail run in Marin. It not only pulled my results, but pulled full results for all 421 finishers - names, ages, splits, hometowns, etc. From there it told me things about my performance that I would have never known: - how rare negative splits are across the field (faster second half race time vs first half): only 4% of runners ran a faster second half in the race than their first half. - how many people I passed in the second half (42). I didn't ask for charts but it made great charts! In fact my prompts were basic, short, and generic. Grok @bot outperformed expectations by a mile. Impressed by the comprehensive Dipsea analysis, I spun up a 'CEO Advisor' bot. It pulled so much public data about BACtrack so quickly that I thought it somehow had access to private data; no, it was just really good and fast at incorporating public data into answers. It then recommended making a key hire for one of our divisions, had me sign into my LinkedIn account through a virtual Chrome browser, and then identified 10 great candidates. Not bad candidates, high quality, great candidates with directly related experience. It was fast! I didn't want to get excited by a new AI platform but I am. Nice work @bot team.

Grok bot is handing me actual prospects in my Notion database, with extreme detail. It's giving me: - Why I should reach out - Who I should reach out to - LinkedIn profile - Their email + Hunter verification - Personalized angle Now the only thing remaining is to connect an outreach tool, and this will be an outbound prospector closing deals. Interesting, Grokbot. Although I feel Hermes, Openclaw can do this too, in Grokbot it feels so simple, flawless.

I built a Grok Bot use case I actually run

I built a Grok Bot use case I actually run. I talk into Letterly. Grok Bot reads the note. A Typefully draft shows up. Walk, speak the idea, done. Letterly turns the audio into clean text. The Letterly MCP hands the note to Grok Bot. A skill I already have writes: • one long English post for X Premium • a Spanish thread plus LinkedIn Same idea. Two languages. It never publishes unless I say so. That's the loop. Voice in, drafts out. No blank Typefully tab. No rewriting the same thought twice. Letterly is a one-time price on AppSumo if you want the voice side: Drafts land in Typefully: Grok Bot sits in the middle and runs the skill.

Grok @bot for socials is really good i set up 4 agents for myself to try: 1/ content scout every morning it goes through posts from people i follow on LinkedIn, scans my personal story doc, checks saved posts and bookmarks, scores each idea against a rubric (personal experience, fresh angle, clear takeaway, lead magnet potential) and picks the top one automatically. passes it straight to the drafter without checking in. 2/ content drafter takes whatever scout hands off and writes the post in my voice. no prompt from me, no selecting from a list. just a draft waiting when i open my laptop. 3/ lead magnet builder only triggers when scout flags something as lead magnet-worthy. builds the full Notion doc (title, hook, sections, CTA) and a visual brief with enough detail that the design work is pre-decided before i open Canva. 4/ content bank keeps a running Notion page of everything in the queue - ideas scout ranked but didn't pick, drafts waiting for review, lead magnets in progress. so instead of asking "what did we decide on" i just ask "what's left." still early to say anything but doing good so far. i'll share more details soon

範圍:從 /workspace/state/leads.json 讀取潛在客戶資料並撰寫個人化電子郵件草稿。

Grok bot was a game changer for me

Grok bot was a game changer for me. Similar effect to Claude Code for eng imo. It's both deep/powerful yet the easiest AI tool out there. Wide as a puddle, deep as an ocean. And voice notes, computer use & speed are the real Claude-killers here! My setup: - I have a main bot that dispatches. "Chief of staff". I talk to it via voice note. - 3 EAs it can dispatch work to. - Digests for LinkedIn, X, Bookface, Events/Luma, Job postings (GTM signals) - Follow-ups I should do today (HubSpot, tandem, mail, LinkedIn) - A CCO, a network manager, an SEO specialist (with Sanity), a prospector. LinkedIn messages via Kondo MCP. Emails via Superhuman MCP. The limits: - writing isn't great (even after training). never send messages directly, always draft first (unless 0 risk) - far from as powerful as Fable 5, so stay with transactional and research But you can force Grok bot to use more advanced models. Use those instructions on some bots: > use grok CLI on grok4.6-high-fast Exciting, and this is just the beginning.

This is absolutely insane I set up an entire company inside Grok Bot

This is absolutely insane I set up an entire company inside Grok Bot. Seven agents, and my only job now is approving things. The structure first, because that is the part that transfers. Chief takes the objective and routes it. It owns nothing itself, it decides who does what. Last week it booked the venue and sent the contracts without me touching either. Sales Outbound is the one that surprised me. It pulls the account list out of Salesforce, pulls lookalike segments, checks LinkedIn and skips anyone contacted recently, then queues drafts in the sequencer. Last night: 52 accounts, 36 drafts, zero sent. Nothing leaves until I read it. Inbox Manager clears the morning and parks anything needing a decision. Yesterday, inbox at zero with 5 drafts waiting. Account Manager runs the client threads. Talent Scout writes intros in my voice. Expense Manager files reports, receipts and all. How they are actually set up: One job each, written into the description as standing rules, not typed into a prompt every session. Narrow agents hand off cleanly, broad ones drift and start duplicating each other. Everything that sends, spends, publishes or deletes stops and waits. That is the whole safety model and it is one sentence in each description. They pass work between themselves. Account Manager sent two threads over, Chief flagged the priority accounts, both got folded into the same night's list without me in the middle. I told it the top ten looked good and to run this weekly. It created the routine itself. Start with one agent, on the task you already repeat. The roster grows from there.

Grok Bot is the most amazing thing ever

Grok Bot is the most amazing thing ever. I bought some X API developer credits so that I can link it to Grok Bot. I've automated things that could take hours to do, now these tasks are done in seconds. Grok Bot has created a weekly Top 100 list and a monthly Top 500 list of my fans on X. Those lists automatically update themselves. It only cost me $2 in API credits to do both tasks! I have Grok Bot working on my LinkedIn to help me help @elonmusk accelerate the adoption of EVs, solar, batteries, data centers, etc so that we never fall behind China and we keep lifting people out of poverty faster. I checked in on it, it is privately doing some amazing things that you cannot believe! It's already past 4:15 a.m. and I have to be up in the morning for a meeting. I am going to play around with it some more this weekend. I have so many great ideas that I want automated.

I cannot ever go back to a world without AI Agents

I cannot ever go back to a world without AI Agents. It’s like we are living in a world with Magic. Told Grok Bot to go through my Calendar for the last ten years, each meeting. And then each person whom I met add them on a database in Notion with their LinkedIn Profiles and what they are up to currently. With proper tags etc. It’s been 2.5 hours since the Agent is working without any break. So far it has done the task for last three years and added about 1000 entries to the database.

I let 3 Grok bots take over one of my employees’ LinkedIn accounts

I let 3 Grok bots take over one of my employees’ LinkedIn accounts. The goal was: Find and contact high-intent leads for my SaaS. One customer can be worth anywhere from $99 to $4,000/month. 1 hour later, here’s what the bots had done: → Built a super-specific ICP of exactly who we should target, including the right job titles, companies, keywords, competitors, and recently funded companies to track. → Connected to the @gojiberryai MCP, linked the LinkedIn accounts, and created outreach agents targeting the exact ICP + intent signals they had identified. → Found 97 leads that matched our criteria and enriched them with their emails and phone numbers. → Researched every single lead and wrote personalised messaging for EACH ONE before adding them to the campaign. → Started sending connection requests. Now we wait for the replies. We’ll see if @bot is better at outbound than I am. It still requires some manual intervention sometimes, and GrokBot can’t do everything just yet but this is super impressive. I’ll share the results soon👀
