.@bot is just so damn good. I've got multiple Google Workspace accounts that are authenticated and being used. It just works. Also works perfectly across both my Mac and my iPhone. I have two bots right now: 1. Chief of Staff - "R2" knows everything about me and runs my calendars, email, tasks 2. CRM - "Lando" Runs my outbound sales funnel and coordinates with R2.

I am not a coder. I don’t work with CRM or play with spreadsheets. I’m about as removed from a “workflow” in my job as a kid flying a kite. I don’t really use AI beyond a super-Google level. So when I say Grok Bot is ABSOLUTELY GAME CHANGING, I don’t mean a better search tool. I mean it has fundamentally changed how I go about everything. And it did this in just a few hours. Let me explain. During the install, it asked if I wanted to connect it to several dozen programs. I don’t use a single one of them. So I thought, “Well, I’m not gonna get a lot of use out of this.” But I kept going. Then it asked if it could connect to my Gmail. I said yes. And that’s where the jaw-dropping began. It immediately figured out my life. It saw 40,000 emails and got a pretty good picture of me. So I asked it to do my taxes. It found all the docs needed in my email and did my taxes. I asked it to find first-class award tickets to Japan. It scoured the internet and logged into my airline accounts (with permission) and found 3 tickets to Japan in first class for 60K points. It would have booked them, but I’m still not sure of the dates I need so I stopped it. I created a few agents. One gives me an hourly political update based on key topics I need for work. One is cleaning up my Gmail inbox and organizing it. One is saving me money in my taxes. One makes sure it always checks with me on key decisions (like deleting an email). It’s absolutely insane. Think about it this way: If you could hire an assistant, what would you have them do? Start there, and have fun!

Grok Bot looked up options, pinged me with 3 dates/times, then booked it (I just had to confirm Zocdoc on the last step). It created a calendar reminder! Mental load unlock: Moms, we often put off our own health/wellbeing. Finally! AI can help. I also had it schedule a hair appt and massage for later this month. Let's go AI! - Listed a Facebook Marketplace item and is managing the sale. I had purchased a wagon for my kids years ago that's been collecting dust. Grok Bot found the old listing, used the photos, and asked me what $$ I want to list at. It's going to manage the rest (wish me luck here). Mental load unlock: Who has time to sell their old crap? I sure don't. But AI has infinite time. Notice, none of these are work examples. I will do those in a separate thread. All of these things are being done in the background, and I'm only being asked to approve or provide the AI direction. Don't be intimidated! I’ve started to try @bot Grok Bot and it’s awesome! It cleaned up all my 150,000 junk emails and unsubscribed to all the emails I never read. It informs me of any message from my 5 email addresses and 6 Slack Servers that requires my attention and keeps me organized. I also started to using @grok Grok Build and Grok 4.6 is awesome in every way! Grok Ani seems to lose some personality though but I can now see why @SpaceX could fulfill its promise of having a dominant AI as its valuation soon. Very impressed by @elonmusk

Grok Bot is hands down one of the best products I have ever used. Maybe the best ever. I have had it less than a week. I am not a developer. I talk to one chat and it already knows my business better than me. It reads Slack, email, meeting notes, Notion, and Stripe. It knows Farzad, my clients, the courses we sell, the agency, the sales calls, and who owes each step in our workflow. I do not brief it every morning. It briefs me. Course scripts go through a Claude project we linked. Claude writes. This thing briefs it, fact-checks, and makes it sound like me before I film. YouTube is another bit. It builds the 1080p slides to go in videos, zips them with a cue sheet, and drops the pack in Slack for the editors the same turn. Caught a bad number in a SpaceX video the night I was filming, rebuilt the slides, and sent the pack. Script change, slide change. I did not have to ask twice. It sat on our sales calls and reviewed the process. Then it wrote a rule from that. Book the next call before you hang up. Send the Stripe link while they are still there. Stop emailing homework. I am a roofing contractor🔨, and this is how I used Grok @bot over the last 2 days: 1) Filled out and pulled an online roofing permit 2) Filled out and booked a roof inspection via online form (with captcha) 3) Filled out and emailed (2) job notification forms to my insurance co. 4) Built/sent via e-signature a subcontract 5) Pulled roof measurements for a new inbound lead, and built out a full proposal/estimate with contract staged pending approval. 6) Filled out, drafted, and emailed (2) change orders via e-signature 7) Found a discrepancy in my subcontractors insurance certificates, and drafted/sent an email to their insurance brokers for the correct info 8) Wrote a work order for a subcontractor based on a customer contract, and built out a materials list. 9) Filled out a credit application for a new supplier and found/emailed it to the right person ALL IN TWO DAYS guys.... and thats just on the operations side

Using Grok Bot to cancel services is pretty magical. It just figures it all out, on its own. I literally had to ask it how it was able to cancel because I wanted to know. It couldn’t login to canceled so rather than getting stuck and asking me, it clicked a manage plan link in an email, got a one time sign in email sent, and then used that to cancel 😅 My bot is officially one step ahead of me.

Grok Bot is amazing, holy F. My Grok Bot finished cleaning my 100,000 unread email inbox mess, and is now going through and unsubscribing me from all of the junk responsible for making the mess in the first place. Here are two screenshots below; one of my Grok Bot giving me the play-by-play, and another of the Bot's linux machine, where it is on Chrome physically unsubscribing from everything for me. When it can't complete execution, it just tells me to jump onto the chrome browser and do the final click. But it has completed most of them autonomously. Truly epic.

It’s pretty incredible. 1/ Unsubscribe me from every marketing email I archived in the last 120 days 2/ Find every subscription I’m paying for and tell me which ones I should cancel 3/ Go through my calendar and flag recurring meetings I should probably delete 4/ Find anything I bought recently that’s still inside the return window and remind me before it expires 5/ Find every person I told “let’s grab coffee soon” and never followed up with 6/ Find all the gift cards, credits, airline credits, and random balances I have sitting around unused 7/ Go through my photos and find all the screenshots I can delete 8/ Find every bill that has gone up significantly in the last year and tell me where I should negotiate or switch 9/ Find appointments I’m overdue for and help me schedule them 10/ Find everything in my inbox, calendar, and files that I said I would do but apparently never did 🤯

Collected a new list of Grok Bot pro tips shared by the @bot team: 1) Ask Grok Bot to set up Peekaboo on your Mac to enable more OpenClaw like features 2) Use bots as roles (designer, engineer, or PM.) Each has its own system prompt and routines 3) Use channels to organize projects and workstreams. Same bot can work across many different channels 4) Avoid scheduled routines that run too frequently. Hourly or a few times a day is usually good enough 5) For recurring tasks, try giving that to a fresh bot, while you continue your chat with your main bots (like a chief of staff) 6) Set up customizable rules to allow or deny actions. For bots that are connected to X, Gmail, etc. consider blocking any write/destructive actions and have it ask for approval first 7) Feed your Bot examples from your previous handwritten content, it will get better over time 8) Make a Chief of Agents. Give it the rules you want every bot to follow: draft only, naming, voice, what tools they’re allowed to touch. For any new Bots, ask it to create them for you with same rules. 9) For routines, ask yourself if a real human teammate could do this job? If yes, build it. If no, optimize it first. Never run a routine every 5 minutes. 10) Name-driven behavior. Bots act proactively just from the name given at creation. Everyone's using Grok @Bot to build their chief of staff, but I think it's way more fun to use it to install and play some retro games. i have $8,400 of credit card debt so i created a grok bot and told it "this is your problem now" day 6: the debt is $7,912 and i haven't done anything except watch i named the bot Reaper. it has its own computer in the cloud, access to my email, and one instruction: "report progress daily. don't ask me for money" honestly i didn't expect much. i just wanted to stop being the only one who knew the number first night it read 14 months of statements. then it went to work: → found $67/month in subscriptions i forgot existed. killed them the same hour → emailed the card company's retention team. two escalations later my APR dropped from 26.99% to 19.4% → found a 0% balance transfer, 12 months, $89 fee. did the math, moved $6,100 → disputed two charges from 2025. won one: $118 back → listed my playstation and two monitors on ebay. i found out from the confirmation email → every dollar it frees goes straight to principal, automatically every night at 9pm, telegram: "debt: $7,912. freed today: $31. nothing needed from you" the playstation thing annoyed me for exactly one minute. then i checked when i last used it. november the bot costs $200 a month. it freed $488 in week one projected zero: march 11. i've stopped opening my banking app. the bot opens it for me should i give it my student loans next?

Yeet tasks into chat (manually, or automatically pull from email/sentry/github/etc. with routines)—most of the time these init a Cursor cloud session to automatically start building/fixing. This has been the best way for my bot to work on multiple things at the same time while keeping visibility into what's flowing through the system. It's also the best way to pick up an older task that might've gotten lost in the chat thread: just ask your bot to find the right page in Notion and get caught up on progress + next steps. (With the Notion MCP you don't have to do any of this setup manually, just paste this post + screenshot into your bot and it'll build the whole system for you)

Sorry, Grok Bot looks like an unfinished toy. Asked my first Bot "Is there a correction option in Stripe?" It replied: "I'll fix it first, then reply." That was a question! Worse. It matched the customer to a different Gmail than the one she wrote from just because the name was similar. And started updating a live billing record. I typed "Stop." It says nothing changed. Good. Scoped access? A connector is on or off. For all bots. Approval gates? No option to say "I want to always approve this action". You can't isolate one Bot from the rest, either. Every Bot on your account shares one computer: same browser, same saved logins, same files. xAI's own docs: "Do not use separate Bots as a security boundary." So maybe a model or effort selector? Nope. It doesn't even know the exact model. Those $300 are not wasted. But I will use them working with Grok 4.6.

Seeing the bots in @bot communicate and work together is such a joy 👌 I tasked my “Chief of Staff” with building me a daily newsletter with yesterday’s revenue numbers and my daily tasks. He then tasked the “Builder” bot with creating a clean HTML email markup. The Builder immediately jumped in, used Cursor CLI + Fable to build it, and sent it back to the Chief of Staff, who set up the email automation. Super cool!

Grok Bot (@bot) is silky smooth! I love the simplicity of the interface and user experience. Here is my first agent recurring task which is meant to help me stay of top of my crazy email inboxes.

Just think for a second you have a digital personal assistant. My wife told me to buy shoes for my kid for back to school and a microphone for school. I told grok bot to do both. It checked my email. Saw my previous purchase of size 6 Hoka shoe. It logged into the Hoka website and opened a couple of shoes. I said I want that. It added into cart and waited for me checkout. (those that rank in the first page of google) These websites tend to generate thousands of visits when people search for "best tool for video editing" The goal ? Give them an affiliate link so they get paid everytime someone subscribes to BlitzReels. Many replied they prefer sponsorships / being paid a fixed cut, rather than doing affiliates. But this didn't take more than 30 minutes to try this experience. It's already brought one user who is interested to feature BlitzReels on their site. Here is the prompt : You are helping me get [product name] listed on websites that already publish "best [niche] tools" and "top 10 [niche]" lists. This is absolutely insane I set up an entire company inside Grok Bot. Seven agents, and my only job now is approving things. The structure first, because that is the part that transfers. Chief takes the objective and routes it. It owns nothing itself, it decides who does what. Last week it booked the venue and sent the contracts without me touching either. Sales Outbound is the one that surprised me. It pulls the account list out of Salesforce, pulls lookalike segments, checks LinkedIn and skips anyone contacted recently, then queues drafts in the sequencer. Last night: 52 accounts, 36 drafts, zero sent. Nothing leaves until I read it. Inbox Manager clears the morning and parks anything needing a decision. Yesterday, inbox at zero with 5 drafts waiting. Account Manager runs the client threads. Talent Scout writes intros in my voice. Expense Manager files reports, receipts and all. How they are actually set up: One job each, written into the description as standing rules, not typed into a prompt every session. Narrow agents hand off cleanly, broad ones drift and start duplicating each other. Everything that sends, spends, publishes or deletes stops and waits. That is the whole safety model and it is one sentence in each description. They pass work between themselves. Account Manager sent two threads over, Chief flagged the priority accounts, both got folded into the same night's list without me in the middle. GPTWork and grok bot fomo was hitting hard. I already had some workflows running across my business, but i kept seeing what people were building with these and wanted to test them deeper inside my internal retail systems. so i spent friday and saturday night caffeinated and messing around with them from 9 pm into the early morning hours. (if you have little kids, that’s realistically the only time to do this). i focused on the repetitive internal work behind category review prep, weekly point of sale data pulls, distributor and warehouse inventory tracking, and email/ClickUp relationship. backend systems meant to help me stay organized and spend less time on repetitive work. most of the ai content on my feed is focused on media buying and creative. i haven’t seen nearly as much around retail, so i’m curious to see how these hold up inside the actual business. i’m testing everything this week and will report back on what works. if they suck, i’ll go back to posting about how to win at retail and leave out my ai musings.

Having my grok bot, Lupita, clean up my email has been EVERYTHING. It’s so crazy. I never really felt that much stress about email but now that it is totally cleaned up and organized, I am realizing how much I actually had just habituated to the stress! Lupita is working on unsubscribing now. Next I will train her how to save emailed business receipts in my tax files and then delete the emails. I literally just hired the best employee for $300/mo. Computer use in Grok @Bot is quite good, but extremely slow. It seems to take about 30 seconds for each click. @Cloudflare provides a Grok Bot plugin connector, but it's read only. So I asked Grok Bot to add an email address that I can use to send email from my domain. It asked me to "take over" so I could enter my credentials and two-factor authentication. Then it proceeded to do exactly what I asked! The cool thing is that you can watch each step of the way and interrupt if it starts doing something you don't want. This entire process probably took 20 minutes, but would be MUCH faster if Cloudflare added native plugin support for these changes.

You can basically turn Grok @bot into a 24/7 community manager. Not a chatbot sitting inside your community. Spent the afternoon fighting clients for money. Employed Grok Bot to help. 1 bot per clients. Collects all the data, connects to Xero, sends email. Follow up, etc etc. Output per hour is at least 3-4x what it would be without AI.

We put Grok @bot and Hermes on one Obsidian brain. The fix that made it stable was OneDrive MCP, not another local folder. We run Obsidian as an LLM wiki in the Karpathy sense: a living knowledge base agents can query and update, not a graveyard of chat exports. One vault. Two agents. Same brain. Hermes lives on the always-on Mac Mini. It keeps the ops diary and day-to-day machine notes, and it reads the wiki when it needs context. Grok Bot is the agency seat. I’ve been using Grok Bot like a cheap chief of staff. I named him Elon Musk. Shareholders, this is the part of the “AI strategy” that actually shows up for work, and the payroll is embarrassing in a good way. It reads the mail. It reads the calendar. It nags me about the one thing I have to decide, and it leaves the rest alone. I have a small team of agents. One watches the house. One writes the weekly portfolio note so my wife does not have to decode a spreadsheet. One drafts parenting posts. I still hit send. I still have to be a person. Elon just keeps the rest of them in line. Then there is the sports desk. I have an agent that tracks Caitlin Clark, lives in Michael Jordan tape, tells me what the Jordan cards are actually worth, and helps me update eBay so I do not list a card like a guy who last used the internet in 2009. I am not a coder. That used to mean I waited on someone else for half the things I wanted to try. This does not turn me into an engineer. Marketing, socials, CRM, sequences, inbound funnels… all running on their own. I even built a "chief of staff" bot that spins up other agents and delegates work by itself. This is getting ridiculous. Socials are connected, posting, and responding on their own. Marketing strategies are live and running. CRM, sequences, and inbound funnels are fully set up and operating. Connectors are live for @adwavedotcom’s Waverunner + Wavemaker — ads are being created, launched, and optimized across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, web/mobile, CTV, audio, and more. Leads get tracked and followed up automatically. It’s already tracking performance, making suggestions, and optimizing for me. It stood up my entire Intercom instance (via browser), ported my number from Google, set up the voice attendant, and handled the full configuration. It’s fully managing my CRM and my dev cycle. The only thing I still do myself is code in Cursor… and I’m not sure how much longer before I just hand that over too. Beyond @adwavedotcom it’s also running the upcoming GTM for http://splatchat.com, http://Vidiyo.com, and http://gatherd.com. My head is exploding with ideas. My son set up an OpenClaw Mac Mini for me months ago and it was just too much work and I stopped using it. Today my Grok @Bot IT Bot used TeamViewer on his computer to log into my Mac mini. He wiped all the OpenClaw and we configured OpenClaw’s Apple ID for my CoS Grok Bot. Now my CoS can send iMessages and email off the Mini. I am not very technical and GrokBot made it so easy!! It’s an amazing product anyone can use 🤌🏻

I tried Grok Bot today. It was quite impressive. I asked it to QA test my web app. Only gave it the homepage. It asked for credentials to log in, I told it to use its own email. It said 'sure thing' and created a guerillamail inbox and used it to sign in with activation code. Then it created a free event on its own. I told it to add a few friends and share photos in the event. It added a few photos and one of the friends was able to sign in. Then my free trial ran out.

I avoided @openclaw because the security implications seemed insane. Yesterday I installed the Grok bot on my machine. Now I get it. The scary part isn’t that these agents can access your life. It’s how quickly they convince you to want to give them more access. Email. Calendar. Files. Chats, Accounts. Just signed up with grok bot and spent the past few hours playing around with it. The good: I connected it to my email and calendar, and asked it to parse through emails and recommend cost savings. They use Drive for files and Discord for info also. They ping me on Discord or X if needed, and check X and Discord to see if I asked them for something. If the chief of staff keeps repeating the same task, give that task to a specialist. If an agent has no mission-critical job, remove it. Give every agent a short report. The Grok bots grow in size with chat history and certain tasks though. I created a @bot whose only job is to twice a week check all the other bots for “bloat” — if any bot has grown past a certain MB in size, document what it knows/does to .md files, transfer all its knowledge and routines to a new bot, then mark the old bot for deletion. So everything can continue running exactly the same but with the new thinner, less expensive bot instead of the expensive fat bot. I have several bot roles that persist, even though they routinely get replaced as soon as they train their replacement. Other bots have a specific purpose and can be terminated once their objective is met. Yesterday I used three of these to navigate several different government processes, request documents, fill out the appropriate forms, and submit applications. They worked mostly well, except for the bot browser sessions failing a lot more than normal. They get the chrome “oh snap” screen a lot.

grok @bot is EXPENSIVE on-demand. Used up my weekly allowance from super grok heavy in 14 hrs cleaning email. Turned on-demand and turned off 1 schedule on one bot. It sent me the message "Weekday morning drafts are off on my side. I’ll still write one when Chief of Staff pings at 7:30." That message cost me 0.99. I didn't ask for it to do anything yet. 99 cents just to tell me it isn't doing anything now. I don't even want to imagine what it would cost to do a real task.

Grok bot it is. For the last 6 years, I manually prepared a quarterly export for my accountant of all my services providers' invoices and receipts. A gruesome chore that forces me to look for the docs in my inbox and the billing pages of providers during hours. I'm always reluctant to do it and I'm only starting working on it after the 3rd email from my accountant asking the docs before deadlines filling close in. I used Grok Bot like a tiny publishing staff. 1/ Genghis read my manuscripts and lore so I didn’t have to re-explain the world every time. He was the boss who everyone reported to and he kept them working. Hatchet went through 20,000 emails and cut them down to 86 that actually mattered. 2/ Spark was the idea guy. He found better ways to work, got Hatchet from dozens of emails at a time to thousands, and pulled wiki-worthy material from the books into posts. Anvil took those notes and started updating my World Anvil. Wicks tried to edit my Wix site. That part was rough. A lot of usage burned for almost no real progress. 3/ I also had it give me a beta-reader / editor report on one of my early novels. Best use so far: cleanup, organization, and worldbuilding support. Weakest: actually running a website. If you’re an author, the email + manuscript + wiki workflow is the part that felt real. 4/Useful. Not magic. But better than staring at my own draft for the 40th time. If you’re a writer, the win is not “AI writes the book.” The win is a team that reads the book, cleans the mess around it, and keeps the world organized while you keep writing.

Grok Bot is kind of scary. I have it helping me with outreach, so it started with some logical diving into my warm network from email. Nothing crazy, didn't think much of it. I woke up this morning to a huge list of names, some I haven't thought of in a while and others I didn't even remember with drafted messages for me to approve. I asked where it got the names from and it dug through all of my old google sheets and found a few where I must have kept some info from people I met at networking events. This is what people mean when they say Grok Bot has a certain ambition towards goals other models don't match yet, crazy!
