How it works
After a call, the Bot reads the transcript, writes the fields and next step, and puts them in the CRM. People still approve anything that changes a deal stage or a number.
Why it matters
xAI’s own pitch is that work is not done until it lands where a teammate would put it. This is that claim in sales ops.
