How people use Grok Bot for Support

My real use cases for Grok Bot so far: 👇 I connected it to email. Now it filters the urgent stuff that actually needs my attention. I connected it to Intercom and GitHub. Our help center docs update automatically when a PR changes the UI or ships a new feature. I connected it to Cursor. Bug reports and feature requests from Intercom open the Cursor bot, and it starts triaging or implementing them. I can wake up to a PR. I basically hired another engineer. I connected it to Slack. When customer support asks product questions: if it’s covered in our docs, the Intercom bot pulls it. If not, the Cursor bot jumps in and pulls answers straight from the code. I just opened up that knowledge base to the whole team. I connected it to our CMS, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs. Now I’ve got a content engine that brainstorms ideas, builds a plan, and helps create content. I connected it to X, set the keywords and topics I care about, and now I get a briefing every morning. I have a personal secretary. I connected it to my bank statements. I can ask anything finance-related, revenue, spend, P&L, etc. No more QuickBooks, and honestly, I might fire my accountant. I paid $200/month for Grok Bot. Still expensive?

HOLY SHIT. MY GROK BOT BUILT A DROPSHIPPING COMPANY FOR $61 $61 was the whole budget. Stack, first orders, everything. It did not ask me for a store name. It named the floor itself. AISLE NINE. That is what shows up on every label that leaves the dock now. Nine days in it is sitting on $2,180 and it has paid its own $60 stack twice. The rule has not moved. I do not top it up. If the balance touches zero AISLE NINE is wiped and I do not rebuild it. Four ports feed four belts. Shopify, Temu, AliExpress, Alibaba. Every parcel has to survive six seats: > SOURCE only opens a port if the supplier shipped under four days on thirty straight orders > SCOUT copies four proven catalogs and refuses anything with more than eleven sellers on it > PRICE kills any SKU under $18 margin after fees and shipping > QC never picks, it only pulls from the line, and the pull is final > REFUND never argues, it pays out before the customer opens the chat > DISPATCH never picks, it only signs, and nothing leaves the dock unsigned Day four it was down to $11.40. I had the shutdown post half written. Then it did the thing nobody programmed. It closed three of the four ports. Ran the entire floor through one supplier for thirty-one hours and listed nothing new. 214 products came across the board that day and it took none of them. Every store I follow was posting winning-product screenshots that afternoon and AISLE NINE sat there refusing. The next morning it listed two SKUs. One of them did 61 orders in nine hours at $40 a parcel. It swept the margin, paid the stack out of it, and went straight back to refusing things. It did not learn to find winning products. Grok @bot is actually insane. In 24 hours I’ve automated almost everything in my personal + work life. I don’t check email. I don’t send or respond to invites. Marketing, socials, CRM, sequences, inbound funnels… all running on their own. I even built a "chief of staff" bot that spins up other agents and delegates work by itself. This is getting ridiculous. Socials are connected, posting, and responding on their own. Marketing strategies are live and running. CRM, sequences, and inbound funnels are fully set up and operating. Connectors are live for @adwavedotcom’s Waverunner + Wavemaker — ads are being created, launched, and optimized across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, web/mobile, CTV, audio, and more. Leads get tracked and followed up automatically. It’s already tracking performance, making suggestions, and optimizing for me. It stood up my entire Intercom instance (via browser), ported my number from Google, set up the voice attendant, and handled the full configuration. It’s fully managing my CRM and my dev cycle. The only thing I still do myself is code in Cursor… and I’m not sure how much longer before I just hand that over too. Beyond @adwavedotcom it’s also running the upcoming GTM for http://splatchat.com, http://Vidiyo.com, and http://gatherd.com. My head is exploding with ideas. At this point I just need a way to jack my brain in directly. The bandwidth of my fingers and voice is too low.

Started using Grok bot a week ago. It feels like I have hired 10 AEs + a customer support team. Amazing product. You should give it a try.

the grok @bot workflow is absolutely humming right now. i automated so much of the @knightcapchess day to day with multiple bots making our events in luma, invoicing our clients and even inspiration for our graphics. it is now fully taking over my personal workflows as well. i had it create an in depth fitness bible that breaks down all my workouts and feeds me proper form videos. even more impressively it built an entire meal plan/prep for me and automatically orders me groceries once per week with instacart. last night i started cooking the food it ordered me and realized a bad batch of ground beef spoiled a good chunk of my prep. i told grok bot and it went into instacart and got me a refund for everything it spoiled. i never would have done that on my own and i didn’t even have to ask. now all i need is @Tesla_Optimus to start cooking for me!
