今早按組小團隊的方式把 Grok Bot 設起來。我覺得這會把 Grok 用量拉到下一檔。興奮程度接近第一次用 Claude Cowork。 這幾個月我在 Claude Cowork 程式上花很多時間。我覺得 Grok Bot 會改掉這件事。 更好的版本不是更聰明的聊天機器人。是幾個有職位的 Bot。 一個做研究。一個看收件匣。一個管日曆。一個起草。一個是幕僚長，只在要你說好或不好時才打擾。 跟人同一套規則： 職責清楚。人人都管等於沒人管。 他們準備。我決定。沒經我手，不寄出、不定、不付錢。 多數人會吵模型。我覺得接下來 12 個月是組織設計問題。誰向誰報告。什麼可以在你不在時動。 興奮程度超出預期。如果你正在跑一隊個人 agent，我想聽你怎麼拆工作。

原文：Spent this morning setting up Grok Bot the way I would staff a small team. I think this will take Grok usage to the next level. My excitement level is similar to how I felt after I used Claude Cowork for the first time. I spent a lot of time on Claude Cowork code over the last few months. I think Grok Bot is going to change that. The better version is not a smarter chatbot. It is a few bots with jobs. One does research. One watches the inbox. One owns the calendar. One drafts. One is a chief of staff and only bothers me when something needs a yes or a no. Same rules as humans: Clear mandate. If everyone owns everything, nobody owns anything. They prep. I decide. Nothing goes out, gets booked, or gets paid without me. Most people will argue about models. I think the next 12 months is an org-design problem. Who reports to whom. What is allowed to move without you. I am more excited about this than I expected. If you are running a personal “team” of agents, I want to hear how you split the work.
