What they did
On 18 Aug 2026 SCOTTY BEAM (@ScottyBeamIO) wrote that someone taught Grok Bot to run the business by performing each task while the Bot watched. Three named employees: Gustavo on operations (Notion client hub, onboarding forms, prep before the first call); Walter on sales (agreements through DocuSign until the client signs and pays); Jesse on leads (ManyChat DMs into Notion, alert when someone asks about pricing).
