What happens when Grok Bot is down?
During the Aug 20-21, 2026 outage, Bots failed mid-turn and staff pointed people to Reset Grok Bot's Computer under Settings > Updates as the first fix. Later staff threads add nuance: a Reset can hang at 'Cleaning up' even though it finished on the backend, and a stuck hosted box sometimes needs a staff-side restore rather than another Reset.
